Pathetic Service - no answer to call centre, no replies to emails, no delivery of goods ordered!!

I bought a laptop online at the Black Friday sale, which they were so proud to advertise and to sent dozens of emails. I ordered the laptop, paid for the goods, but has not yet received any items or correspondence from Dion Wired. They fail to answer their call centre - Called at least 10 times. they failed to answer to emails sent, and they even fail to respond to online emails sent. Please do not purchase goods online. I just wish I read the 720 bad reviews they already received up to date. Shame on you Mr Andrew Jackson - CEO.
