Pathetic Service

I bought an XBox One online from Dion Wired. I paid everything including delivery and money was taken from my account and paid to Dion Wired's account. Up to date I have not received the product. I've been trying for more than 5 days to call them, but their pathetic and useless contact centre don't bother picking up the phone. Their are posting specials on social media, but can't respond to our queries. What kind of a business that doesn't have a switchboard operator or functioning contact centre. I am so horrified by the poor service. I will never do business with them ever again. For the prices they charge for their products, I was expecting an amazing customer experience, but all I'm getting is nonsense, useless, poor, bad, unacceptable service. I want my Xbox or give me back my money!
