Pathetic customer service

Good day

I have been trying for DAYS to try and find out what is happening with my order from 24 November. I have emailed NUMEROUS times and called countless times. The emails are ignored and the calls either never get answered or get answered and go to music and then cut off.

People who ordered after me have received their order of the EXACT same thing, yet my order just says "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED"

I want to know what is going on! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!
