PATHETIC After Sales Service

<p>I purchased a LG television and Explora from the Dion Wired Canal Walk store during June 2014. As part of the purchase I also decided to do an extended warranty plan for both items to manage my risk appropriately. The extended warranty contract was purchased in store and I was provided with a contract document as confirmation thereof to be used for future reference. The contract document had both the TV and Explora listed on it and was signed by the store representative who assisted me. After 3 years of having the television, I am experiencing issues with the picture and therefore contacted the store to log my query. I was then advised that I needed to call the extended warranty department to log my query. Upon calling the extended warranty department I was informed that only the Explora appeared on the system and I needed to call the store as they never loaded the TV. I then dealt directly with the admin manager at the store and advised her of the situation. Subsequent to my discussion with her, I forwarded my extended warranty contract as confirmation of my cover. It has been a fight for more than 3 weeks now with still no sign of resolution as the store refuses to honour the contract. This is extremely frustrating and I am highly disapointed in the Dion Wired brand having experienced such poor after sales service. I would expect a brand of this calibre to have been more trustworthy, professional and customer-focussed. This has been the worst and has left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been a loyal customer however given this experience I doubt that I would ever return for future purchases or recommend the brand to anyone else. </p>
