Paid for delivery, yet no communication or delivery to date

Absolutely appalled at the lack of communication regarding my order. It has been 12 days and I haven't received my product. It states on the invoice 'Our delivery promise is 5 - 10 days' 10 days is ridiculous in this day and age, stop living in the past! Most online stores deliver within 2-3 days and since I am paying for this delivery ( not free or even reduced like most other online stores) I demand refund for the delivery amount for not delivering as per promise. To make the situation even worse I have tried multiple times to contact the customer care center via telephone and email with no response at all! This is by far the worst online customer experience I have had and will definitely not be purchasing from DionWired again unless rectified.
