paid cash for a stove in November, still no feedbac****

i bought a whirlpool stove in November at Dion wired Cradlestone Mall and paid cash for it and i was told that they are out of stock. I was told by the consultant who assisted me that the stock should be available in a weeks time and he promised to call but he didn't. i have been calling Dion wired and everytime i get told that the stove was "over sold" and the supplier is also out of stock. it is now January 2018 and i have still not received feedback or at least a call from them, how long should i continue calling Dion with my airtime EVERYTIME and yet i paid cash for the goods? I was patient enough to understand that they are out of stock but why do they fail in keeping me updated on what's happening and when can i expect to receive the stove??
