Outstanding Service from Websupport

I purchased a Samsung washing machine from Dion Wired online in Feb 2014. 6 months later it was broken, and eventually after weeks of Samsung trying \their best""; sigh... again weeks of getting Samsung to collect; try repair; and fail. A nightmare; and I have a whole other review for Samsung waiting... but during this entire process; I have received EXEMPLARY service from the Dion Wired call center; and more specifically; Sam and Nkululeko. I often dread having to use call centers; but Sam and Nkululeko and even Unathi whom I had to ask help me a few times were always knowledgeable; always helpful; always on the ball and most importantly; always available. They continued to follow up with me by telephone; I never felt like they had forgotten about me. I could not be more pleased to have purchased the machine from a company as efficient as Dion Wired; and I used them again for my 3rd and hopefully final machine. I received a R500 discount on my first machine for the time it took to get replaced and I was given a free installation by Dion Wired for this machine! Super chuffed;keep it up guys!"""
