Outstanding customer service: Rendani Nguluvhe

<p>I need to give praise to Rendani Nguluvhe for his extremely professional manner in which he handled my customer query that has been outstanding since 31 Oct 2016. After immense frustration of not getting feedback or resolve on my query, Rendani started his first week at the branch at Mall of Africa, and totally took control. Every time he said he would call, he did. In fact he gave me daily updates on the issue. He went out of his way! He was a pleasure to do business with, and I would like to commend him on his manarism, professionalism, integrity and his dependability in which he dealt with my query.
