Order still not delivered

<p>Good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 10th working day since I placed and paid for my order. I have called yesterday and the lady said she will get back to me with information because my order left on the 14th October to the couriers. Since no one got back to me, I called the courier company myself, when I gave me tracking number the lady said there were no information with regards to my order. I gave all the information again and was told that they will follow up and call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>As I am typing this email, I am holding on over 30 minutes to get to speak to someone from your company that deals with online orders. <br /> <br /> If I do not receive my order, I would like a refund to my bank account and not to my Dion Weird profile because with this attitude and customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have attached my Dion Weird order with dates and information , as well as dawnwing tracking. Order Number ********** 50<br /> <br /> I find it hard to understand , I have paid for the courier charges , your guys policy is 3 to 7 working days (plus my address for delivery is in JHB CBD) yet 10 days later , still nothing , what brillaint service I tell you.</p>
