Order on hold

<p>I placed an order online for a Samsung Galaxy Gear S2 from Dion Wired today (02/03/2017) and I have made the payment via EFT. </p> <p> </p> <p> I have sent the confirmation of payment to the email address which was provided (I phoned the customer call centre in order to make sure that they did indeed receive the EFT payment and the lady said to me that the payment will probably only reflect in their account tomorrow, thereafter a sms will be sent to me confirming if they have received the payment or not ) but when I go onto the website to track the status of my order, it says that my order is still on hold.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please tell me what this means?
