Order NOT RECEIVED. DONT **** ME!

I pre ordered a samsung note 10 2 weeks ago and upon payment a notice appeared stating it would be delivered within 3-5 working days. I then received an email stating it would take a week longer because it must still be shipped in. Yesterday was the supposed shipping due date, so I waited until this morning to call and ask what's happening with my order. The lady I spoke to said she'd call me back, but she didnt. I then received an sms stating I would receive a tracking number and be contacted by the courier company. I waited, but nothing: no call,no sms. After 7pm I checked my email and saw an email stating I had received my order, but I DID NOT RECEIVE IT, WAS NOT CONTACTED, NOT A PHONE CALL, NOT AN SMS, NOT A TRACKING NUMBER: NOTHING! How on earth is it possible for my very expensive order to supposedly be delivered WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR RECEIPT OF MY ORDER?? Total nonsense. Sort this out. I want that courier slip to see who signed for this supposed delivery snd Im telling you now, it wasnt me. I wasnt even CONTACTED. Unacceptable. Ms C Cupido

Good day,

We sincerely apologise for any confusion or stress this has caused.

Please expect a phone call after 9pm as stores open at that time and we wish to follow up with the courier company.
 Kind regards,

Brad Adriaan

So I was told that the delivery message was sent in error. Its the first time I purchased something from Dion Wired and it's been a very unpleasant experience. I barely slept last night, sick with worry and I spent the entire day waiting for delivery at home which never arrived. Apparently the driver couldnt find my home, but didnt contact me. I had to call the Canal Walk branch only to be called back and told the driver's "lost". So a whole wasted day, and even more stress. Thank you Gha**** for trying to help but this delivery story is extremely frustrating, as well as the lack of communication. Unfortunately, you can imagine how unlikely I am to use this service again. I just want my product that I paid for two weeks ago please and I want this nightmare to be over. Cant handle this.

Hi Brad, the Canal Walk branch called a lady named Priscilla from Dawn Wing and she gave no estimated delivery time but confirmed it's the same driver as yesterday. I do feel I cant trust the driver to contact me as he didnt contact me yesterday, and apparently **** to you about contacting me, so once again I feel forced to being confined to my home all day (for the second day in a row). It's extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I do hope that Dion Wired seriously considers changing their courier company as this type of poor service just leaves a bad taste in a customer's mouth. It's even more frustrating knowing that there's not much that I can do, as I dont have a contract with the courier, Dion Wired has and my order simply went along with the company's prescribed courier. I have not only had to stay at home all day waiting, but had to make numerous calls to the branch and the courier, even trying the driver's number that yielded no results. So this process is consuming my time and resources over and above the actual product payment. It's not acceptable business practice to inconvenience customers and I hope that Dion Wired takes suitable measures to ensure that their online shopping experience is improved for customers as it is supposed to be quicker, easier and more convenient than going to a store. While I appreciate your communication and attempts to help me, Brad, this situation is most unfortunate and has not left me with a good impression of Dion Wired. Please escalate this mail to management as I feel it is something they need to address with haste for the consumers' sake.
