Order Not arriving on time, constant sms spam.
<p>I asked on twitter someone contact me on Wednesday morning, Wednesday 5pm someone eventually called me about my query. I explained what I wanted to order, and they said there was stock in 2 stores in Cape Town, but if I were to order online it would arrive by Friday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Friday rolls around, I contact support, and am now told my order will only be delivered on Monday. Not even on Saturday. All this for the extra R60 that other online stores don't even charge for delivery.</p> <p> </p> <p>Between Thursday of placing my order, and what is now Saturday afternoon, I have received SIX texts from Dionwired, all spamming me about my order and how the courier will contact me, after already complaining yesterday to support about being spammed. I understand that you've **** to me, ******* me into purchasing a product under false pretense about delivery date. Well done to you. But please, stop spamming my number. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the last time I shop with Dion Wired, and I'd urge anyone else to reconsider their options if they want to avoid the same headaches.</p>
