Would give them a zero rating if possible. As per others, I also placed an order for a games console on 19th December 2019. Money was taken very quickly by them and to date, there has been no feedback or updates regarding the delivery. I eventually got hold of somebody on webchat who is "doing all they can" to find out about my order. I'm sorry but this makes zero sense. How can you not know the status or whereabouts of a customers order. This is absolute pathetic service from a company such as Dion Wired. Never again.
