Online shopping no response to purchase

I ordered an item on the store for the black Friday special, so far I've only received a notification that payment was received and nothing else. I've tried calling the call center (all numbers listed) and no answer phone just rings and then cuts me off. the only time i actually got through to the call center a woman notified me my order was dispatched and that was 2 weeks ago still no email no package. I've tried calling again today (7times) NO ANSWER. WHERE IS MY ITEM IVE PAID FOR???????????????
