Online Shopping, No Delivery?
Good Day, I have placed an order online on the 24th of November 2017, received a mail that my payment was successful and my order is now processing yet nothing further, no tracking number, no call, no delivery date NOTHING. No one replies on mails sent. Call Centre doesn’t answer the phone and when they do, they just put me on hold again without saying a thing. I can literally hear them in the background talking to each other. Very unprofessional I would say! Please can I have someone contact me concerning my order delivery asap! I am not impressed at all!

05 Dec 2017, 09:00AND, I am still waiting for a call from the call center to tell me when my purchase will be delivered? I’ve been on the phone x5 no this morning again! An agent takes the call and places me on hold immediately without saying a word till the line cuts! This is disgusting service! Quick to take money with absolutely disgusting service! I expect a call before noon today with a time and date of delivery! If I do not get a call today, I WILL go to the media with this terrible service.
