Online Order - Should have checked Hello Peter First - So Many Bad Reviews

I ordered an item from Dion Wired on Sunday, 04.03.2018

Today (14.03.2018), I received an email at 09:02 saying that my order has been dispatched. Today (14.03.2018) at 14:02, I received another email from them saying that this email is to confirm that I have received delivery of the item.

I did not receive my item. What if my item was ******? According to the call center agent it could be on its way tomorrow or Friday. Then why send out an email to say that is was actually delivered?

What has happened to the item I ordered and paid in full for? And why did I receive an email saying that is was delivered when it was not?

I am very disappointed in Dion Wired's services and will NEVER EVER place another online delivery with them. I should have looked at the terrible reviews that they had before. Lesson Learnt and Customer Lost! Well Done!
