Online order placed on hold no feedback

<p>My online laptop order dated 28/11/2016 has been placed on hold without any feedback. Item is still available online for sale and I have more than sufficient credit. There has been no acknowledgement or feedback from online sales support after a follow up email and most importantly I had counted on having a new laptop to work with by now.</p> <p>Order No. ********** 99</p>
