Online Order Never Been Delivered
Literally the worst company to buy online goods. Every year I have a bad experience with them regarding the orders that I have placed. This year, I ordered an item the 30th, I received a notification that it has been delivered yesterday, when no parcel has been delivered at all?? No parcel has been delivered! Where is my parcel!? Such a terribly disorganized company. Never buy from them.
