Office hours yet all I get it’s an annoying automated machine
I have been trying to call Dionwired for some time now today, however all I get it’s an automated machine. None of the staff ever picks up. I’m starting to think this is a norm because it happens every time when I call in. An airtime gets depleted from holding to be attended to for over 30 minutes. And we all know calling from a cellphone to their call center doesn’t come cheap. Please work on your turn around times for attending to a call. And not always have customers waiting and getting irritable from all the unnecessary delay.
