Not as advertised... Did not get what I paid for.

If I can give a zero star rating I would.

I have purchased my TV on the 26th of October and with the TV suppose to get a google play voucher with a sound bar.

My decision to buy this TV with that deal was not a spur of a moment thing, and if I only knew how I would be done in I would have decided to go buy somewhere else.

I bought my TV from DION wired and with the deal I was suppose to get a R1000 google play voucher and a sound bar.

I only got the TV and was informed I should get my play voucher from Samsung and I would get my sound bar the following week and someone would phone me.

I have phoned and kept being promised someone will call me back and no-one does and every time I phone they tell me the stock is on its way... NO ETA!

I phoned Samsung about the play store voucher and this too took more than 2 days to get. They were not aware of such a deal...

I mean really! Why do I not get what I paid for? If I went to Makro I would not have had this problem guaranteed!!!
