Not able to pay my account

I am not able to pay my DIONWIRED account due to not being able to get banking details.. The self services never works and the app does not register my account number.. I have tried calling and sending emails and get no responses other than an auto reply.. However this place is quick to send me reminders regarding payments!!!! I am very upset.. I get high interest on late payments, this is unacceptable..
