Non excisting service

I have ordered a product online on black friday. I try to contact Dion Wire on all the available contact numbers and e-mail addresses, but no response. I still wait for my order. I am even willing to pay an additional fee for express delivery, but I can't get hold of any breathing human at Dion Wired. All this after the bad experience with their website that kept on crasshing on black friday.
