Non delivery of order

Placed online order 27 Nov 2017, # ********** 29 & paid via EFT. Dion Wired acknowledged receipt of payment on the 29th of November. Since then I have received or heard nothing from them. Not a single email saying that there are delays, they are out of stock, etc. Zero, zip, nothing.
