Non delivery and failure to respond to any emails

Have emailed this company now twice regarding order *** which i have purchased using a guest account... I have had no response concerning these email which was sent to websupport and customer support....absolutely poor of them that I have not even gotten a reply yet... The item too is well outside the 7-10 working days they claim they would take to deliver {item was purchased on the 19th of December}
