No team work

Woodmead (Jhb) I’ve never come across such incompetence and complete disinterest in taking responsibility for their incompetence in the face of concrete evidence!!

When asked to trace a receipt due to product failure the one mailed was the wrong year and different product - next answer was that head office had no trace of it - next the manager had it in 5 minutes.

No apology, it wasn’t his fault it was the other persons then it was my fault because I left it too long.

Absolutely no proactive thinking, did not care if the product was sorted or not.

I was gob-smacked

Still no interest in resolving the product failure.
