NO SERVICE AT DIONS UNWIRED - HYDE PARK -

i have been to Dions Hyde Park Shopping centre store , 5 times now. I have been trying to buy a set of tablets for my ****'s daughter, which is on promotion , linked to a VODACOM contract. every time we go( I take my **** , and her daughter every time , as they want the VODACOM contract in their names ) I am told that the store manager is THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE , that can do VODACOM contracts. the problem is always that THE MANAGER IS NEVER THERE. the 1st time I was told he was busy with a customer . when I asked the salesperson to identify the manager , I was told he was \in the back of the store \" ?? I insisted they go call him. he arrived 10 minutes later, but could not do the contract, as he did not have the forms available. the next 4 times , HE WAS OUT TO LUNCH , and the last time, HE WAS AWAY FOR THE WEEKEND \" I then asked them to call NICOLWAY DIONS , only to be told the same story . ONLY THE MANAGER COULD DO THE CONTRACT , and HE , TOO WAS AWAY FOR THE WEEKEND, WHY ADVERTISE / PROMOTE GOODS and then DION CANNOT DELIVER . Exaspersted!! I will definitely not be shopping at dion in a hurry anytime soon.!! , "
