No response/feedback on orders placed online

I have placed two online orders with DionWired online on the 28th and 29th November 2017 respectively. The delivery charge was R120 in total and for what...so that my goods never get delivered?! I am still awaiting delivery of the goods with no response or feedback from DionWired. I have emailed and called the call centre support but have had no response. If anyone is planning on placing an order with them...be warned that follow up customer service is lacking.
