No response to emails. No delivery.
All my teenager has wanted this year is a cellphone for xmas. So believing Dion Wired to be a reputable company I ordered an iPhone online. I had to pay for a courier (most other companies give free delivery if you spending 5k!) And would get delivery on Friday 4 December. Guess what? NO DELIVERY. I started to panic, emailed them. NO REPLY. I reaorted to Twitter. Got a generic response. They promised to get back to me. NO FEEDBACK.

So my childs xmas is going to be ruined by this lack of service. But they took my R5075 quickly. And now I can't find the deal anywhere so can't even buy elsewhere.

There needs to be some form of recourse. These companies who falsely advertise and never deliver need to be bought to book.
