No response from Dionwired

Hi, despite being given a reference number for my complaint ********** 6 and being told that someone will contact me outside of this forum, nobody has made contact with me as yet. I still can't get through to the call centre. It is shocking that a corporate such as Massmart has such a don't care attitude towards customers. Is your executive team aware of what is going on? Or are they just fine with running the company down as well?
