No movement on Black Friday order

My order from Black Friday is still being processed? 10 days later? Call center has no answer! I can not believe that it takes so long to process and deliver an order. If Dion Wired does not have the capacity to process large amounts of orders,you should not be offering any deals. Please cancel my order and delete my profile. Will never shop with you again.
