No delivery - Online order

<p>Order # ********** 22</p> <p>This is my second online order at Dion Wired with the same problem. As nobody is at home during the day i have asked Dion Wired Websupport to arrange that the courier to contact me to arrange delivery at +- 16h30. It was confirmed it was done. Yet the courier showed up with nobody at home with no prior confirmation. Again Dion Wired Websupport made promises for the next delivery, email below from Dion Wired.</p> <p>"I do apologize for any inconvenience caused. As discussed telephonically, please note that the couriers have been notified prior to deliver after 4.30. they were also instructed to contact you beforehand.</p> <p>I have escalated if they can come back today however if it cannot be done then delivery can only be done Monday next week."</p> <p> </p> <p>No call again for delivery, no delivery was made on Monday 13Feb. Just promises by Dion Wired.</p> <p>Please do not apologize, we do not believe you!! Just provide good customers service and deliver on your promises.</p>
