No Delivery, No Responce!

I orders a Epson printer on the 24th. Till date the printer did not ship. I phoned the Call Centre and spoke to Riana how told me she will phone me back. She did not. I wanted the serial number of the printer for the Epson Cash Back that is ending 30 November. I phoned 2 more times with nobody answering.
