No Delivery No Contact

I've recently purchased a laptop off the dion wired online site (of which i already think is an overpriced laptop since the black friday deal was horrible) and I have heard no contact from Dion Wired whatsoever. I have tried phoning them, they do not answer. I've sent an email to both their email addresses a number of times and I still have not received any reply from them . This is terrible service. No feedback at all and no answer to my calls. I believe dion wired also has a 5-10day delivery policy of which they clearly are not meeting.
