NO delivery and no response

I ordered goods from Dion wired online and paid immediately and was crying the goods to be delivered within 10 days. It took them more than 10 days and delivered only 1 item instead of 2 items. When I try to contact their support line there is no response. I sent an e-mail still no response. I am not sure what to do now. I feel like I was ******.
