No delivery and Call centre doesn't answer phones!

I bought an item a week ago and have received no feedback on where it is. I tried phoning the online call centre for 5 days straight and absolutely no one answers the phones! I've tried emailing their online support team with no response either. Stay away from Dion Wired Online.
