No Answer at Call Center and or on multiple emails

I ordered three tablets for my nieces on 28 November 2017 and was promised that it will be delivered in 5-10 working days. I've already paid R3000 for the tablets and all my profile says is that my order has been processed. I need those tablets by the 24th of December as they are Christmas gifts and as I've paid so much money for them, I have no money left to buy anything else for them and don't have a back up gift. Thank you Dionwired, if I don't get my order soon you will be responsible for disappointing three little girls...
