No after sales service

<p>Today I was told at Gateway that Dion Wired do not offer any assistance if the warranty period has expired , even by one day . On a different occasion , the manager of Gateway did not assist me on an item that was in warranty , I was told to cut the c +*^ and pay. With such abysmal customer service, why would anyone support Dion Wired?</p>
