NEVER PURCHASE ONLINE FROM DION WIRED

Did an online purchase on black Friday, was supposed to have received order within 10 days. It is now well over 10 days. The online helpdesk number just rings, emails go unanswered. Even the manager Ahmed Gangat has gone into hiding! The complaints desk for Massmart is extremely rude and unhelpful and refered to me a switch board number that again gets transferred to the helpdesk where NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Dionwired has my money , and I am left without the product I purchased. I WANT MY DELIVERY NOW!
