Never buy costly items from Dion Wired they got faulty Samsung T.V products on promotions.Please go to makro if you want peace of mind.
<p>Hi,<br />I purchased a Samsung 55” smart curved UHD LED TV KU7500 on the 18th June 2017 that is 6 days back.I bought the T.V from dion wired woodmead.</p> <p>I’ve been astounded and functions of this TV hence this is what I decided to buy.Up until i bought the t.v I’ve been having issues with the product whereby lines appear on the screen,as well as the picture shakes intermittently (Sound is still there).I got video proofs on my cellphone.If you want to see it with your eyes please come to my house for 1 day you will notice the problem.I was really disappointed for a Samsung product to be having such a fault.</p> <p>I then decided to take some time off today 24/06/2017 to make the relevant arrangements to take the product to the store to ensure that I get my device back at soonest. Upon entering the Dion wired woodmead branch I advised the relevant persons of the issue and had sufficient evidence of what the actual product fault was as I’ve taken videos on my phone of the TV basically acting up however the technicians insisted on opening the box to test the intermittent issue which it did not show.They only tested for 2 mins and they said it is working.But i told them this is happing intermittently.</p> <p>My complaint is that this Television cost me R 14,999.00 and it was paid immediately upon buying the product and it was not even 7 days.I was very upset with Dion wired woodmead and <br />i don't want to buy the any products from Dion wired.I used to buy the products from makro woomead and they used to sort out my problems immediately.This is the first time i bought from<br />Dionwired and im totally upset with their products.I think they selling demo units on promotions.</p> <p>Another issue I also found was to now pack the product and cart it up and down to Dionwired.</p> <p>I recommend people to buy the t.v or any costly items from makro because they got peace of mind money back or exchange.</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p> </p>
