Never buy a dions wired tv.

<p>On the 13th of May I went to Dion Wired in Kolenade to purchase a TV. I got myself a LG 49" UHD (49UH603V) for R9000-00. On the 10th of June I had to return my R9000-00 TV. Eversince not one person at Dion Wired have called me to keep informed about my TV and the assessment that has to be done before I can get my new TV I mean I spend R9000-00 at their store. It's been 19 days and still no word. I have to call them to find out and still then they just cant help me. A week ago they told me that they are waiting for parts (PARTS?) I don't want a repaird item I want a new item. I called today again and they told me that they are waiting for a mail and told me they will call me as soos as they get the mail. This has to be the worst service I have ever received. I truly think that by spending that amount of money at this shop which I researched is the specialist for these tvs that the service would have been beter, and truly think that they need to replace the product and not repair cause its not even a month old and broke?
