Just look around on this site and FB. Your "call center" is useless. I've ordered online from a couple of other places on Black Friday and they all managed effective communication. I will not buy from you again...online or in-store.

You have missed the "delivery promise" for the fridge I ordered (Order # ********** 91). I would like an update.
