I purchased some wireless headphones from your Gateway branch, and they decided to pack in.. after realising that i'd thrown my receipt away, I sheepishly walked into the store and walked to Nelly to ask if i could be helped. She had a huge smile on her face, asked for the date of purchase and my last 4 digits of my credit card.<br> <br> Within minutes she had worked her magic, and I was swiping my card to sign up for a refund... still with a big smile on her face!!<br> <br> Thank you Nelly for the amazing service, you are a true champion!!
