My Christmas has been ruined

I bought a stove at Mall of Africa on the 24th of November 17 and i was promised to get it before xmas, when the stove arrives, i got a to say my stove will be delivered then i went there to check the progress and arrangements the following day, only to find out i will no longer get it before it Christmas due to the customers that came in and fight. Should i fight aswell to get my stove. I am ****ed off for years.
