MONEY TAKEN...NO SERVICE!!! NO PRODUCT!!! NO FEEDBAC**** NO DELIVERY!!!
NEVER PURCHASE ONLINE FROM DION WIRED
Did an online purchase on 28 November 2017, was supposed to have received order within 5-10 days. .The online helpdesk number just rings, emails go unanswered. Even the manager Ahmed Gangat has gone into hiding! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR EMAILS! Dionwired has my money , and I am left without the product I purchased.
PLEASE HELP ME...

After numerous phone calls and emails, the Customer Service Dept. doesn't even bother to answer my calls or emails, and when they, for some reason do answer, I can only speak to the switchboard / person answering the phone, but NOT ONCE have I received an answer on what is going on... I think this is absolutely unacceptable to treat your customers this way, especially when one of Dion Wired slogans say "S.A.'s premier consumer electronics and appliances store aimed at getting you CONNECTED!"... Why do you even bother to have an online service, if you DELIVER NO SERVICE AT ALL???
