Misleading advertising, Terrible service

I saw online [URL Removed] that they were selling a GoPro Hero 4 dual battery charger for R500.00. Having visited the Hyde Park branch, the same product was on sale for R2800.00. The retail price of the product was R800.00 and $49.99 on GoPro's website. The sales lady had rectified this by stating that the product online was not the same as in store but the picture was the same, and that the correct price was in fact R800.00.<br> Later, at the Cresta branch, the same product priced at R2800.00 was not rectified to R800.00 and the salesman had argued that the products were different and they would not be able to sell it at R800.00 nor the price of R500.00 which was advertised on the website. The product code (AHBBP-401) is the same at both stores but Cresta refused to charge R800.00. The store Manager was not helpful, and rather rude. As for the online price, no help or assistance was given. It is not acceptable to advertise a product at one price, then mark it up by R2000 and then state that it is another price. I refuse to support DionWired and would like to escalate this to GoPro themselves.
