MISLEADING ADVERTI*****T
I responded to Dion Wired's advert to pre-order the Samsung S9 which included, inter alia, a free headset and wireless charger to be claimed through the Samsung Rewards App if ordered before end 15 March 2018. I ordered the phone on the 14th of March, around 07:00 the morning and the phone was delivered on the 19th of March 2018. Needless to say, I could not claim the free headset or wireless charger on the Samsung Rewards App as I did not do so before midnight the 15th of March 2018 - which I must add the Twitter advert did not specify. How on earth do you do that if your phone is delivered after that put the special runs until the 15th itself. I called and emailed Dion Wired. The call centre advised that it is Samsung's problem and Samsung's call center advised it is Dion Wired's problem. And now it is my problem. Very bad advertising - well, probably good advertising because you got your money and I did not get what you offered.
