Magimix 6200XL Less std accessories for SA market?

I recently purchased a Patissiere 6200XL machine fromDion Wired. The overview on their website matched the specs that appear on the Magimix website (there is no site specifically for South Africa) and included a juicer and dicing kit. When I received the product, I opened the box and was dismayed to find that the dicing kit and juicer were not in the box (as per Magimix website and Dion Wired website, these items should have been included as standard accessories). I contacted Dion Wired today and they promised to follow up. When they got back to me, they informed me that in the South African market, those items are treated as optional extras. They tried to source the additional items to provide them to me at their own cost but were unable to get any assistance from the Magimix distributors in South Africa. Needless to say, this has infuriated me and I have decided to return the unit for a full refund. I would just like to place on record my extreme dissatisfaction with the Magimix co. I'm unsure why there are different conditions for the SA market as opposed to the European/Australian market. I am apalled at the unwillingess of Magimix to assist a customer.
