Lousy uncaring service/if any

we ordere an explora 2 on Black Friday. We have been trying to track our order to no avail. The phone number to track the order just rings and rings and rings with no one picking up or being disconnected. We tried phoning head office and all we got in the so called (Customer Service Department what a misnomer ) was someone who mumbled phone the number that we have been trying to phone. There is no way to track my order. HELP HELP
