Lies and ****s

<p>3 bad complaints at once:</p> <p>I bought items at the opening sale of Dion Wired in Menlyn. One item was a bluetooth speaker. The 1st 50 items were R990, the rest R1490. When I picked it off the shelf I was informed I was one of the first 50. Yes!</p> <p>I shopped around some more...Went to the cellphones where they had a special on the first 10 phones. I was informed 10 were already taken. So I did not bother. Unlucky.</p> <p>When I got home I saw I was billed R1490 for the speaker. I went back. No they said it is the first 50 people in the queue! Huh? ok, but why did the cellphone salesman say the phones on special was taken? "no, sir. The phones and the speakers work differently." Some products you have to be first in the queue, some you have to be first at the shelf. What? How does that work "It just does sorry sir. This is Dions wired trade secret. They like to change the rules as it suits them.</p> <p><br />Then I returned the product and waited 25 minutes(!!!) to get my money back. The manager was at the back. Can't refund customers and make you wait. Very poor customer service. So dont return anything, they will make you wait.</p> <p><br />I shopped a bit more and went to the wireless mouse section. Only one pricetag on the entire shelf. R90. I took one. At the till they charged me R170. Why? No sir it is wrong. But there is not another pricetag? Yes sorry sir thats our error. But still you cant get it at the advertised price. </p> <p>So be careful when shopping at DION WIRED. YOU CAN'T TRUST THE SALESMAN. YOU CANT TRUST THE PRICETAGS. YOU CANT TRUST THE ADVERTI*****T BROCHURE. <br />DIONS WIRED: WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG.</p> <p>No thank you will never see me again. </p>
