**** to by sales lady at Greenstone Dion wired

<p>On Sunday the 10th i purchased a 3D Printer which was on sale at Greenstone mall. i was standing with both my Mother and my wife , we were advised on 2 occasions (because i asked twice) around the fact the Printer had the XYZ Software valued at R800 packaged with the Printer. the sales lady advised me on both occasions the software was included and that i would be contacted on Tuesday around delivery. i went in on Tuesday and was told come back on Friday. i was advised i would be called when the product arrived, (i paid for it on Sunday) I went through on Tuhrsday to collect by chance. (never got a call) when they braught the XYZ printer to the security, i asked where the Software was, the sales lady advised it was in the Box, i said i dont believe you and i would like to see , we opened the box, with no software, she then advised me without question the software (which she told me was bundled with the Printer was on the SD Card) A blatant lie. i am exceptionally dissapointed in the process around this as i now need to spend more money because the sales lady at Dions Wired blatantly **** to me. This company will never see my business again</p>
